About ShoppyPilot

Answer the question that was about to make them leave.

What we do

An on-site assistant grounded strictly in the brand's own content. It answers from product data, specifications, reviews, policies and support documentation, cites where each answer came from, and explicitly says it does not know rather than inventing, which is the difference between a helpful assistant and a liability. It handles comparison, compatibility, sizing and policy questions, hands off to a human when the question is about an order or is sensitive, and reports the questions it could not answer, which is a direct list of what the product pages are missing.

Who we built it for

E-commerce brands doing 1m to 100m a year with considered-purchase products: furniture, equipment, beauty, supplements, technical apparel and anything with fit, compatibility or ingredient questions.

The problem

Shoppers with a specific question leave.

Will this fit my door frame, is it safe with my medication, does it work with my model, will this shade suit me.

The answer exists somewhere in the product page, a review, a specification sheet or a support article, and the shopper will not hunt for it.

Live chat is unstaffed outside business hours and generic chatbots make things up, which is worse than silence.

Try it before anything else

The free structured-extraction demo runs in your browser with no account. Paste in some real text, and see the structured output straight away. Open it.

The one promise

The free tool on this site is genuinely free and genuinely useful. It does not withhold the answer behind an email form, it does not degrade after a trial, and it does not exist to harvest your data. If it helps you and you never pay us, that is a fine outcome.

Paste anything and see the structured output

Paste an email, a ticket or a page of notes. See it turned into typed fields, with the token cost of the call. Runs in your browser. No account, no card, no call.
